Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st 1989) is an American actress. She has played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless the show, which she played between the year 2011 until 2021. Also, she played Harris Conner-Healy in the tenth season of the sitcom for families Roseanne along with its spin-off continuation The Conners. Kenney was birthed at New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a writer for Fox Sports and formerly worked as a writer for the New York Post. Emma Kenney's birthplace is identical to that of her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum. Kenney is 19 years old and was born Manhattan. In the Showtime TV hit Shameless she portrays Debbie's tough teenage daughter. The majority of her childhood in Jersey.
